Payment Methods

Order Confirmation

4. Delivery Terms

Free Delivery Across UAE
- Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
- Delivery is free of charge (installation not included).
- We deliver directly to your doorstep.

Receiving Your Order
- The Buyer must be present to receive the order.
- Upon delivery, inspect the package. If damaged, take photos and report it immediately to the courier.
- Once signed for, the item is considered received in good condition.

5. Warranty & Product Care

Warranty Coverage
- Personal Use: 2 years
- Professional Use: 1 year
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

Important Warranty Condition
- Ice baths must be placed in the shade, away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure may cause wooden cladding to fade, which is not covered under warranty.

6. Product Use & Safety Guidelines

Placement
- Place your ice bath on a stable, level surface in a shaded area.

Water Management
- Regularly change the water and use a filtration system to maintain cleanliness.
- If using a chiller or heater, ensure it is properly connected and within safe temperature limits.

Cold Therapy Best Practices
- Limit immersion to 2–10 minutes, especially if new to cold therapy.
- Listen to your body and exit immediately if experiencing discomfort.

Children & Pets
- Always supervise children and pets around the ice bath.

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Use mild, wood-safe cleaners for the wooden cladding.
- Use non-abrasive products for the gelcoat insert.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is unused and in original packaging.
- The Buyer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Defective Products
- If your item is defective, we will replace or refund it according to UAE consumer laws.
- You must notify us and provide photos or proof of damage upon delivery.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. We only collect necessary data (such as name, contact details, and delivery address) for order processing. Your information is securely stored and never shared with third parties except for delivery purposes.
