Fast & Reliable Delivery Across the UAE

At Slomode, we ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience so you can start your cold therapy routine as soon as possible.

Free Delivery in the UAE

We offer free delivery across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and beyond.

  • Standard delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dubai.
  • For remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.

How Our Delivery Works

  1. Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, we will pack and prepare it for shipment.
  2. Dispatch: Your ice bath will be shipped from our Dubai warehouse.
  3. Delivery Coordination: Our team or a trusted courier partner will contact you before delivery to provide a time frame and ensure a smooth drop-off.
  4. Doorstep Delivery: We deliver to your doorstep but do not bring the product inside your home or designated space. Please ensure someone is available to assist, as ice baths weigh between 50 to 100 kg.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Dubai & Major Cities: 2–3 business days
  • Other Emirates & Remote Areas: 3–5 business days (depending on location)

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but if there are any unexpected delays, our customer support team will notify you.

Doorstep Delivery

  • Delivery includes drop-off at your address, but installation is not included. If you require installation, please contact our team.
  • You must be present to receive your order. If unavailable, please arrange for someone to accept it on your behalf.
  • Missed Delivery: If you are not available at the agreed time, an additional re-delivery fee will apply:
    • Dubai: 250 AED
    • Other Emirates: 400 AED

Installation Services

While we do not provide installation services, we can connect you with our partner company for professional installation at an additional cost. Contact us for recommendations on chillers, filtration systems, or additional accessories.

Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any visible damages, inform the courier immediately and take photos.
  • Once signed for, the product is considered received in good condition.
